Counter-Notification

  • Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area.

  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the claimant.

Policy Enforcement

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the user responsible. Repeat infringers’ accounts may be terminated. We may also take legal action against false or frivolous claims.
